We want your online experience to be enjoyable, simple and successful. To that end, we have created an ordering, shipping and payment process to make your life easy.

Our crown molding ships in boxes to accommodate the 6.5 foot lengths of molding and we offer Flat Rate Shipping of $16.95 for all orders within the Continental United Sates on all our products. All orders ship FedEx ground and may take 3 to 7 business days to be processed, shipping and delivered to your door. For expedited shipping please contact us.

We will provide you with a FedEx tracking number after your order is shipped so you can track your package in transit

Shipping

We offer Flat Rate Shipping on all crown molding orders up to three case boxes. Flat rate shipping is limited to the Continental United States and does not include Alaska and Hawaii. Call us for shipping rates on all large quantity orders.

Shipping and Shipping Charges

Most credit and debit card orders are shipped the next day. Mail or Fax orders are shipped once payment is received. We do not ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays.

On line orders are typically shipped FedEx Ground. It typically takes 3 to 7 business days anywhere within the continental USA. FedEx estimates transit time by business days. Since FedEx does not ship on Saturdays or Sundays, the actual delivery date may be different than the estimated transit time. Shipping charges are based on box dimension and weight of your order, the distance shipped, and the method shipped (ie ground). We charge standard FedEx rates. Adult signature is required at time of delivery.

Multiple box orders may be shipped on a pallet at the discretion of Villa Deco. Our goal is to offer you the fastest and lowest-cost shipping method. We use several shipping carriers including FedEx and United States Postal Service (USPS). We will automatically select the lowest priced carrier when you submit your order so that you receive the best possible price and delivery time.

Back Order

In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery; we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available.

Orders Damaged in Shipping

If you believe a package received from us was damaged in transit, please refuse shipment and tell the carrier that you are refusing delivery because the package is damaged. Then call Bobbi at Villa Deco-DIY CROWN MOLDING (1-214-926-3013) to inform us of the situation.
